Warm and Fluffy

Planning on making these this week...

Image borrowed from Orangette

And I can think of about a gaZILLION things that I could top them with!

- Black bean hummus and romaine lettuce hearts
- Honey butter and pico de gallo (a la Tortilla Grille)
- Strawberries, brown sugar, and sour cream
- Avocados and crushed red pepper

Would would YOUR ideal topping be!? (C'mon, be creative! You can put almost anything on a fresh warm tortilla!)

Just the honey butter by itself. Mmmm.

Damn you, I'm trying to give up wheat.

Oh my gosh, I would never think to pair brown sugar with sour cream, but then again I love sour cream-based desserts, so I bet that would be phenomenal!

well we didn't have any pizza crust in the house so I actually just dumped a whole bunch of marina and mozzarella on one a few minutes ago!! not the same as pizza, but still pretty good and better than heating up a (probably) cancer-laden frozen one!

also, have you ever had a california burrito? french fries & guacamole on tortillas is amaaaazing. <3

YUM! I would probably put fresh avacado, black beans, and some mango salsa!

P.S. posting these made me so hungry, I went and had mexican for dinner last night.

and I prefer to make my own cinnamon chips and eat them with a fruit dip (strawberries, peaches, bananas, blueberries, and pineapple all cut in itty bitty pieces, mixed with one packed of strawbery jello and one packet of vanilla pudding. YUM!!!)
