The One Day Shred

That is what this video SHOULD be titled.


I've only done it for one day.
Muscles are so "shredded" that I can barely type.

I think I need to shred... My waistbands are getting a little too snug and I'll have to put a bathing suit on soon...

Do it, Jozette! You will also need a set of small hand weights, and a mat or a towel if you will be doing it somewhere else than on carpet. Good luck!

Mary, my friend just did that one and said it was awesome, but really challenging! Tracy is supposedly a genius!

Kate, bathing suit season was my motivation, too. The great thing about this video is that each workout is only 20 mins!

Nicole, what the heck are "fake weights" and where can I find myself a pair? At least you are ON level one... I haven't been able to do it for a second day yet!
