I think I'm going to get this... what do you need besides the DVD - do I need to buy little free weights or anything??

I think I need to shred... My waistbands are getting a little too snug and I'll have to put a bathing suit on soon..."the one day shred" made me laugh!

Do it, Jozette! You will also need a set of small hand weights, and a mat or a towel if you will be doing it somewhere else than on carpet.
