Jessie's Piperlime Pick of the Week V

It's Friday, and you know what that means!!!

Time for your weekly Piperlime Pick!

"Looker" by Enzo Angiolini - $99

This week's shoe reminds me of a high heeled version of the gladiator. The dark brown leather and the gold-toned hardware send a vibe of toughness, and the heel adds just the right touch of femininity.

Pair these with a floral vintage tank dress, cinched in at the waist with a brown belt, and you have a look that says "I may be girly, but don't mess with me!"

On another note, I'd like to mention that my first week at the new job has been amazing! I wanted to wait at least a week before I actually blogged about it, so I will hopefully be sharing more details with you next week!

I have been feeling a little stressed with my posting these past few days and I think it's because I am finally in a position where I get to use my creativity, so when I end up sitting down to write/post I am a little drained of ideas. Bear with me and thanks so much to my readers for continuing to check in and supporting me with your presence and your words... I love you and have a fabulous weekend!

Oh, I love these!!

And don't stress about posting. That's when it's a sign to step away from the computer to refresh a bit. :)

HOT!

Don't stress about blogging! It's supposed to be fun, right? Of course I should take my own advice because really, I'm so stressed out at work that I feel like my blogbaby is neglected. BTW, I have to go to St. Louis next week. Pffft.

Post more on the new job. Exciting!

Oh wow...thanks for posting these! I found two similar pairs, both of which were $400 or more, and I was really hemming and hawing about biting the bullet (for obvious reasons). These are a guilt-free pleasure. Love!

Also, very nice blog you have here. I'll be back;-)

anywhere you can find inspiration...the absolutely draining kind...is always a good thing.

we'll all be here whenever you have something to say...

Thanks for all of the encouragement, my sweet readers.

Ashlyn, it's great to hear from you... I can't wait to check out your blog!

Jennifer, too bad you're not going to be in KC! We could stir up all kinds of fun here! I've never been to StL, but I hear they have an H&M, so you MIGHT want to hit that up while you're there.

Thanks for stopping by, Lil Bee! I love your blog... we have quite a bit in common and I found myself nodding my head in agreement when reading your great posts!

ohhhhhh love these!!!! i understand that drained feeling. it's not because i have any real creative inspiration at work, but just because it sucks me dry. don't stress about the blog - enjoy your work and we'll be here to read whenever you have a moment of inspiration!
