FREE RICE!

I absolutely LOVE rice.

White, brown, long-grain, fried, buttered, sticky, with stir-fry, with Mexican food, with sushi, mixed with green peas, even Rice-a-Roni... seriously can't get enough of the stuff.

My love for rice is one of the reasons that a website I recently came across, has become one of my new favorites. My new friend Robin, over at Stapleton Health and Wellness, wrote about said website and I knew I just had to try it.

It's called Freerice.com.  (Sounds fabulous, no?!)

The site quizzes you on your vocabulary and teaches you some pretty impressive new words.  Most importantly, every time you answer a question correctly, they donate 20 grains of rice to the UN World Food Program.

Hooray!  Free rice!

Now, go give it a try, but consider yourself warned... it's a little addicting, so don't blame me if you see a decline in activity when you're at work!!!  (*Ooops*)

Be sure to keep track of your score and post a comment letting us know how you did!

The highest level I reached was a 35, but I was proud to have helped donate 600 grains of rice this morning in doing so.

Hey, thanks for the shout out! Free Rice is so totally addictive, huh? Love your red chandelier, btw. I am artsy but not crafty - ie. I can think up cool projects like that but they never come to fruition. I may have to take a chance though...
