Urban Bazaar Photos

Embroidered Buggy Wall-hangings from my original drawings


Handprinted Wrapping Paper on 100% Recycled Paper (Made with hand carved stamps of my original designs)


Acrylic and thread on stretched canvas, embellished with vintage brooches and written words

Handmade Fabric Bird Ornaments


A variety of earrings made from vintage buttons, miniature Mexican lucky-dolls, and silk-ribbon flowers (all seen on screen). Antique tablecloth corner appliqued to J. Crew v-neck sweater (bottom, center). Embroidered vintage Shel Silverstein book pages (from Where the Sidewalk Ends - bottom, right).

I love the idea of embroidered Shel Silverstein pages! I have been thinking about framing some pages from vintage children's books. But I'm better at thinking about projects than actually putting them into practice... I know nothing about framing - so it wouldn't actually be DIY and would probably cost a bundle!
